What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, for health and sanitary reasons, we are not always able to accept returns. If you identify a problem with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to discuss your options.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and all orders are shipped USPS Priority. You will typically receive your order 2-7 days after your order has been shipped. 

How do I care for my Spellbound garments?

At Spellbound Style, we handwash all of our delicates, hang dry, and iron on a low setting for all silk and synthetic materials. However, if you're in a hurry (and who isn't?), consider laundering your Spellbound Styles using a lingerie bag in the delicate cycle of your washing machine.
